Bad client service

Good afternoon

I just got call from client service and the person who assisted me was a male man after explain my upset scenario he put the phone down in my ear

This is unexceptable and I will punlish this on Hello Peter, never in my life and I am over 50 years old I was treated so unprofessional by any company not even the SARS office.

I will like to address this matter to a higher level staff member and I need explanations from Afrihost
