Bad Bad shocking service

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Im trying to speak to someone to get my line activation sorted out and for feedback. Whatsapp does not work, Live chat does not work, Callcentre does not work on weekends and in week 28 min wait time ... SMS Help does not work, scheduled call works some times, but then you cannot sort it out on your time, you have to wait for an agent ...

I ordered the line a month ago and still sthey stuffed it up. My pre-setup modem was not set up, the line was not transfered to Afrihost as requested but was still on prev company which I canceled and now no feedback and no contact details to immediately speak to someone.
