bad .. bad service nope sorry ... no service

this is now 3 weeks later and my line is still not getting 200 meg speed on tests. afrihost and sadv are the worst service providers I've ever seen 3 week and in total 30 times. I've mailed, messaged and done tests iv'e even mailed the CEO " Gain " and no feedback
