BAD, BAD SERVICE - afrihost & frogfoot

I have joined Afrihost via frogfoot on a 60/30 @ R600/month. I use my own rooter (not older than 12 months) - Tenda 600mbps. I was at JumboTech via Metrofibre with my previous address and had no issues with the same router. With Afrihost, it has been a headache from start with inconsistent connection and dropped signal. I have contacted Afrihost numerous times to resolve the issue and they even assisted me with steps to take and change setting, reset router, etc. with no luck. I would LOVE to CANCEL by then I would be liable for a R1000 penalty because it is within my 6 months period.
