bad, bad service

I took my router in for test's a dir -825 now they want to replace it with a substandard router 1 less lan port and no USB for printer or media sharing want to replace it with a HUAWEI WiFi WS5200 Route when i told the agent to escalate this to manager , this is the answer I got I escaalted to my manager and she said: " Tell him he can speak to Darryl when he goes and collects."
