Bad Bad Service

I have signed up for a new contract with Afrihost about a week ago and still no connection. Sent them two mails no respond. Called the call center every day for the past week and being caller number 30 to 40 on the waiting list with approximately 20 minutes to answer the call still no connection. Sent them the documents they requested last Thursday and this morning when I called the call center they say that they did not received the documents. If signing up with them is such a problem I cant imagine if I have a query with them what will happen.
