Bad bad bad service and support

Do not for one second believe the lies Afrihost spews on their website. 2 weeks and still no word. Only a router delivered to my home and that is it. My fibre order was placed ONE WEEK after i placed it with Afrihost. No one bothers to sort anything out. The website and the consultant said no later than one week installation. Its TWO WEEKS AND NOTHING!! They simply do not care. I want to know how to cancel this order and go to another service provider. You sold me something on ********** claims and that is *******. You can take your router as there are companies on hellopeter i discovered who will gladly take business away from you.
