Bad bad bad service Afrihost and their courier company Convergex

I've ordered a sim card from Afrihost. Their delivery company convergex didn't deliver the card. I want to cancel but can't. I spoke to about 14 people alreayd at Afrihost and Convergex. It's a total mess . All I want is to cancel. But it seems nobody wants to help me cancel . It' the worst of the worst service I ever experienced. I am with Afrihost for 10 years but this time they and their bad courier company dropped the ball. All I want is this order to be cancelled. Pity I need to give them 1 star, they deserve a zero.
