Bad bad bad, Client services on whats app and telephone, but they can not help me at all.

I paid my account with Afrihost. The system is up and running. They switch it off. Because I owe them money. My billing says my account is up to date. They say sorry, they can not help me, because it is Sunday. I must wait until Tuesday. For it is a holiday on Monday. What is the point of having a client service, if they tell you to phone back on Tuesday. A payment done on Wednesday the previous week, does not get taken into account. One must wait for billing to be back in three days. One can not pay, because your account is in good standing. I do not understand the logic.
