bad bad bad!!!

I am so disappointed with the service I received from this company , they cant deliver a simple sim card, I get notifications that my order has been delivered while it hasn't been. placed my order on the 14th of November paid for everything upfront . today is the 3rd of December and I haven't received my sim card. agents on on WhatsApp have no sympathy or resolution to this problem yoooh guys aay..
