Bad bad Afrihost

I tried moving my fiber from my old house to the new one which is 2.5kms apart. So i did the whole thing with their online (client zone ) Scheduled for Wednesday 25/2 at 15h00 on the 25/2 i had no contact from Afrihost, i phoned them 3 to 4 times and did whatever they wanted, i then started the process again today on the 26/2 , call centre agent keep on saying they will get back to me , still nothing , i phoned them 3 time today and still nothing , is this the norm of the service to have????
