Bad attitude and unprofessional service

<p>i've requested last month to get a 4mb line. The agent told me my area doesn't support a 4mb line, only a 2 mb. Now they've charges me for 2x4mb lines and my 2mb line!! Now they pretend it's my fault!! I've reversed the payment at my bank, because it was the amount of R1379 instead of R497!! Now I have to contact they're accounts department! </p> <p> </p> <p>I've received an email from Jailosi P thats really unprofessional, telling me that I shouldn't have reversed the payment!! Why not?? I didn't authorize them to debit my account!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Be aware selecting or changing a package! </p> <p> </p> <p>BAD BAD service!!</p> <p> </p>
