BAD AND ****TY SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST

Fibre to the home (FTTH): The very WORST customer service and support services.... I've been complaining about "No Internet Connectivity" for the past 3 weeks, and still today there's NO JOY. Their only resolve/troubleshooting is to reset the service on their side and that's that, but it still doesn't solve the issue. Their whatsapp service is very unhelpful, I spent an hour explaining the same problem to 4 different people, as there is no trail of the chats visible to all individual. One service agent even promised to come through and check it out but still no one has been to my home to resolve the issue. I've resorted to cancelling my services with Afrihost. Good riddance to bad *******
