Bad air mobile service.

I am so disappointed in afrihost mobile air I have been trying for a month now. My number has been ported. Esim didn't work so I requested an actual sim card on the 14th. I use this number for my buisness Whoever i reported it to did not escalat the matter and I'm now told after re re reporting it it takes.7 working days. This is ridiculous. Even when asking to port my number.back I get told that will take awhile. Don't get sucked into air mobile just one trouble after another
