Bad after service from Afrihost

Since starting doing business with Afrihost it has always been a struggle to get problems resolved. If they do contact you they expect you to be in front of your box to resolve an issue. If you log a call for a certain time when you are in front of he box they phone you almost a day late. When you log a call for a technician they just pitch up at your house without checking the possible /acceptable time when you would be there.
