Bad After sales service on fibre network

Imagine after telling Afrihost how bad my service is, they have not done anything about it. The speed changes all the time and the pole has fallen and nobody has come over to check as yet. Complaint after complaint and nothing done as yet. Everytime you call, just a call back service and no one returns your call. Beware of bad after sales service
