Bad accounts experience

New line was installed and i needed to eft the first payment of R859.30 my banking app was faulty so i made 2x payments of the same amount by mistake I sent through both proof of payments that have different transaction numbers on them that clearly shows it was two different payments I called Afrihost 3 times and each consultant told me they will allocate the extra R859.30 and escalate the matter with there accounts manager and no feedback or response its a simple thing allocate the funds so my account goes in credit and refund me my money its my first time with Afrihost and its not a good experience 1 start rating no sense of urgency what so ever but i can bet you if i owed them money my phone and email will be on fire bad service
