I still don't have connectivity.. after 4 weeks of getting either a new fiber line installed (frogfoot) or just a simple migration.

None of the technical support individuals can actually help you or give you consistent info. Whatapp is a total waste.. they just push you from pillar to post. Then telling me that they can't make phone calls. I am still waiting for a manager to phone me????
