AWFUL SERVICE

The service you provide to new clients its the worst, i wonder what exactly will happen once i have the Fibre with you. Just to place an order it takes you guys 2 weeks with no answer still. I am disgusted by this. I am sick and tired of the back and fourth between you and VUMA. Clear my address so that i can go to another other ISP since you unable to help me.
