Awesome Great Customer Care Tech Support

I app**** online via the Afrihost Customer Porthole for a new fiber connection. After battling with various useless call centre people I called out of frustration one last time on Monday, 29 July 2021 in an attempt to rectify the street address. A miracle happened.... Jono P, HTTF Tech Support Consultant answered my call. 45 Minutes later all the information was corrected on the system creating a new order for Vumatel. He then contacted Vumatel to ensure the order number is received and the connection is cleared through Vumatel management. In the past 72 hours he made numerous follow-up phone calls on the status of the application. On Wednesday, 21 July 2021 the fiber line was up and running. Jono again called to ensure all relevant information is correct on the system assisting in configuring the fiber line with the fiber router. I am so so impressed and extremely happy with the customer tech support received from Jono P at Afrihost. I am very grateful for he's excellent assistance and professional calm manner handling the situation in taking away the frustrations ensuring I get the best humanly possible customer care tech support service. He is a great asset for Afrihost and can highly recommend him for any FTTH Tech Support. Thank You Jono P. You are just awesome and excellent in what you do. Keep up the great work.
