Awesome customer service received from Vusi Moleti

I would like to give a shout out to Vusi Moleti at Afrihost Fibre Department for his impeccable customer service and utter professionalism.

I was on the verge of losing my mind when he picked up my call and helped me. I have been trying to migrate my line from my previous address to my new address since the 27th of May, to date it still has not happened. However, today after speaking to Vusi I have hope that this will finally be sorted out very soon. He went the extra mile, spent more than hour with me on the phone just to make sure that I could be satisfied that my issue is being attended to. He even identified the fact that my fibre line for my previous address had not been cancelled and took me through the steps of cancellation. Were it not for him I was ready to look for another ISP today.

Keep up the good work Mr Moleti your colleagues can learn a thing or two from you!
