Awesome and Fantabulous

Received communication today that my Fibre was affected but restored. I did not even notice the speed issue. I have had my package for a few months now and not once have i had any issues with them. Ive had great service through their whatsapp support when i thought that my wifi adapter to my pc might be giving issues. No further issues or slowness. Then this morning, my internet is not connecting, so insend them an email, about 10 to 15 mins later i thought well let me try again and boom internet working again and smoothly too. I can almost be sure that due to the time of my mail that it had not yet been read, but the internet is back. So after all these months, this being the first time i have had any connection issues and the problem is resolved in less than 30 mins. Their down time is super low and speed is awesome. Love the packages and variety they have and had excellent service from them from day 1. Installation was also unbelievably fast by openserv. By completion of install of the line all i had to do was connect. Afrihost was already setup and ready for me. Im shocked to see so many bad reviews for AfriHost. Although my contract was established and line installed last year, before the pandemic. This pandemic is makimg it difficult for all businesses to run at true capacity.
