Awe-full Afrihost

I have called Afrihost and was suggested to take the telkom lte router package for internet and it is not working, have reported it with Ticket nr TJG-***8 and was then told to cancel it and order the mtn one, and k=now I need to pay for it again, been holding on non phones for two hours and still does not get help
