Awaiting installtion afrihost/vumatel

I would like to express my concerns about the company manner the work with fibre. First I would like to give the company two stars as for some staff know there job other don’t.

On the 20th of March I placed an order for fibre on behalf of my mother who is a high blood patience and not technically clued up with modern technology, on this day I received a call from the

installer advised there was multiple orders for the address and it was a crescent and not street as registered on their side. This has been a never ending battle where I would also have high blood after all the drama.

The new order was place on the 22nd of march, were I had to wait 5 working days for funds to reflect. Patience as one can be I waited but on sixth day not a call, sms or email update was sent. This leaves me sad, I went to the

what sap chat which was good communication for me during my busy life jungle work mode. The lady by the name of sandy told me my order was in process of being refunded and I would get this refund in 10days WOW am I shocked.

Never mind silly me said okay ill accept that and just place a new order. Between this time up until 1st April was like a real April fool’s day for me with this company. Next morning 1st April send another what sap to check what my status was told by Thulanie N. that the order number I had was wrong and she gave me the correct one.

Also explain all T&Cs what happened and why who and what very nice conversation another 24-72hours pass. 4th April chatting to Mduduzi M all i got was my details are pending with Vumatel installers.6th April chatting to Rhulani N, Installation lead times are a guide based on averages and will vary, this told me that my order was just another order with the company.

7th April chatting to Larry S provided my id and order number and he said my order was rejected now I am bringing to think my bad I should not have Wifi and read a book instead. He then said he will place another order

I mean come on how many order can one have really now. A new order was placed and i was told to wait 24-72hours I am drained spoke to Vusi at call centre who advised he manager Warren said i could pay another R399.00

and get the raid and quick I mean ill already paid that amount and still waiting. Well I am the April fool for Afrihost. waiting on installer to call......
