AVOID THIS ISP LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Afrihost is absolutely pathetic.

I’ve been trying to switch ISPs for over 2 months now. The common denominator? Afrihost.

The line is there... the new ISP is ready to activate... yet Afrihost refuses to release the line.

DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT consider Afrihost.

I am getting 1/5 speed that I am paying for (at best) and when you cancel they put you in some sort of weird twilight zone where you have access to even worse internet but they’ve hijacked the line (refuse to release it to the new ISP).

I can’t wait to be rid of Afrihost. Disgusting.

You’ll speak to support for hours on end (passed from dumb to dumber) just to be told that nobody can help you. They will not let you speak to management.

I can’t keep going on like this. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO LEAVE?!? It’s like I’m in an abusive relationship.

Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else.
