AVOID AFRIHOST MTN DEALS

<p>I run various Afrihost contracts. Last year my iPad was ******. It took 40+ emails and calls over 6+ months to have it blacklisted by MTN after Afrihost said they were going to and going to and going to- but didn't. This year I was told that, if I buy a phone and order a sim card from them, then they would be able to do all these things. So I did. Paid courier fees and got a new sim for the Mi phone I had bought from Afrihost. That phone was ****** last month. I wrote. And phoned. Numerous times. Eventually threw my toys out of the cot and demanded to speak to a supervisor. He said no problem. Would have it done by 16h00 the same day. That was more than a week ago. Phoned today and was told they still can't blacklist it! Queried what I had been told about buying phone and sim from them so they could handle everything. Npho said I was incorrectly told and that I must deal with MTN. </p> <p>I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS PATHETIC SERVICE, MISINFORMATION AND WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. AND I AM GOING TO DEAL WITH MTN. OR VODACOM. OR CELLC. ANYONE BUT AFRIHOST</p>
