avoid Afrihost mobile its useless

it's been now 3 days since I ported my number to MTN via Afrihost the service provider. MTN has ported but Afrihost can't seem to load my airtime and data that i have prepaid for. I have spoken to 4 customer service reps, 2 supervisors, went to their head office, wasted time, phone calls, petrol and I still can't get a straight answer as to what the problem is and when it will be resolved. They promise to get back to me but never do. Stay away from these people if you want to avoid hassles and wasting your money while being without a functioning phone for days on end
