Avoid Afrihost. Bad Service.

Receiving very bad service from afrihost. I ordered openserve web connect throught afrihost. It was installed and activated almost a month ago but on the afrihost client portal is just shows order pending and I have not received a router yet and the openserve ont router is locked and cant be accessed to put in the PPPoE details, the router was supposed to be processed and sent to me when the line is active. So im not sure what to do now. I have to activate the afrihost line somehow. Openserve delivered good service but afrihost whatsapp chat and clientzone support cant realy help. I dont know which steps to follow. I even paid for delivery of the router throught eft which is not allowed with banking details I got from afrihost whatsapp chat because my account was not debited automatically for the router. I sent another support on email which is open 24/7 but I have not received a response. So Afrihost should be avoided.
