Avoid Afrihost at all cost...

In 7 months my order with Afrihost went from pre-order to order back to pre-order even though our complex is live with Frogfoot; and Afrihost has actually sent me a router already. All that's missing is for Afrihost to contact Frogfoot to arrange the ONT installation. After various emails, WhatsApp chats and phone calls my account is still sitting at pre-order and nothing is happening.

Cancelled my order now and ordered through someone else.

Afrihost is not worth it. I'd rather pay someone else and it gets done than to be offered free installation and free router etc, but you never actually get up and running.
