Automatic line speed downgrade

I upgraded my 4mb to a 10mb line, everything was running fine for about 1.5 months, up until about 2 days ago, I noticed my line was only syncing at 4mb again, after 2 days of thier **** support messing me around, 1 techie there found the problem, they must have had an office party or somthing and some chick hit the enter button with her **** while being *****d over the keyboard and automatically sent a request to tel**** to downgrade me without my authorisation. man you wont get this kind of *** service in any other country. hahahahaha
