Attention Afrihost Directors

Afrihost has shocking service! No one ever comes back to you! I have had no service for 8 days now, no wifi, yet the debit order was paid on time and the call centre refuse to put you through to a manager even though they cannot assist you with their query. I have no other way of getting any managerial help from them and request that their directors and ceo assist their staff with customer service since the staff are lacking this. Gian, Angus, Brendan, Greg, Dean, this is your business, yet your staff have no clue. If my wifi is not sorted out, I will be cancelling my subscription, and yes I am a small fry so who cares, but a lot of small fry like me have made your business!!!
