Atrocious Service

The service from Afrihost is atrocious. I've been sent from pillar to post by different departments and I still haven't even used their service. I ordered a fiber line. They asked me to verify my bank account so they can debit my account. I did so and they did debit my account for the device. Now I'm getting emails daily telling me to verify my account even though they've already debited my account. I have emails from a couple of their employees telling me they will escalate and I will be assisted. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. When I call the agents dont know what's happening. I either want my back and cancel this whole thing OR, perhaps with devine intervention, get my route delivered and line activated ASAP!!!
