Atrocious After Hour Service - Non Existent Service

Absolutely atrocious after hours service;seems like they cometely shut down shop after 5pm.Called their help line, the auto response tells you to what's app them as they have this service available, what *******;they don't respond to what's app queries. I have one since 14 December without as littlle as a courtesy 'we' re sorry'. Tried the 'call me back service' the response from this service also points you to what's app and then you receive an SMS advising you that they'll call between such and such time, basically with 20 minutes of you logging the request. What utter **** ... I'm still waiting, if I held my breath I would have turned blue. Basically Afrihost has NO AFTER HOURS SERVICE.'Welcome to the home of pure Internet joy' is their motto, should be Afrihost - Home of Pure Internet NIGHTMARES.
