At my wits end!!! Zero progress with problem solving via Whatsapp line!

I am at my wits end! It is now day 3 and 3rd online Technician to try and get assistance via the whatsapp line... with ZERO progress! It is the most basic requests and no-one seems to understand what I am asking. I am only logging this complaint with the hope that someone escalates my request and we can actually receive a solution.
