Astonishingly bad service

Fibre has been of for days. After hours on the phone with "support " still no resolution or even a estimated time of restoration. One technician tells me the ONT that was installed only a month ago has been discontinued... and can't tell me when this will be replaced yet my account is debited... Doesn't seem like Afrihost has any one being held accountable for service delivery. Passing the buck from one to the other and nothing gets resolved.
