Asked for my ADSL line to moved, instead the cancelled it!

I requested and clearly stated I wanted my ADSL line to MOVED back to the Telkom pool, but instead these *********** idiots cancelled the line. This means I need to now apply for a NEW line and will be without ADSL for a few days if not weeks. Incidentally, they only did it AFTER I had to follow up twice and after the month notice period was given. I did everything right from my side, they did nothing right from theirs.
