Paying for nothing is pretty much all I can say about Afrihost. Took a fibre package from them and frogfoot and was done in December 2022. Tried everything to get the line switched from Vox to frogfoot and for months nothing. Middle of March I receive a email and money straight out my account that the line is open and working. Heard nothing for months and so I went another route to have wifi. So I have cancelled with this lot now the fun begins. They take money for this and money for that. Please be very careful with this lot as the service is so bad. Nearly R1000 already for absolutely nothing. Left the router in the box as is useless to me.
