They are so arrogant that they don't even acknowledge a bad review or reply to emails sent to their complaints department. I spent another 2 hours on their infamous whatsapp line this morning to sort out my connectivity problem and was again cut off when the tech ran out of ideas. on eventually getting to speak to another agent I was told that the problem was sorted out yesterday, which it clearly is not. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONTEMPLATING USING THIS ISP TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. i DOUBT ANY OTHER ONE COULD BE WORSE.
