Arrogant staff member

<p>I logged a request like always via ********** YET AGAIN I get a response that I am sending from an unauthorized email address. I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES ASKED AND AUTHORIZED A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS.</p> <p> </p> <p>MORE THAN ONCE HAVE YOU APPOLOGIZED AND HELPED ME AND.</p> <p> </p> <p>BUT STILL, TO THIS DAY, YOU STILL REFUSE SERVICE BECAUSE YOUR ADMIN IS UTS !!!!</p> <p>I AM SO DISSAPOINTED.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your support "star" of the day is Steffy Elezabeth Sam. Yet agin refusing to support me with the same reason. Even after sending proof of 3 emails where in the past Afrihost CONFIRMED that they made a mistake and that they did add the new address, and even 2 emails where I authorized the new email address, Steffy still arrogant enough to refuse service to me</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you asking in a "nice" way for me to move all my hosting and domains away from you guys or what ????? </p>
