Arrogant Attitude from Afrihost and Vumatel

We app**** for new fibre installation Afrihost and Vumatel have made multiple appointments to do the installation. They didn't keep their appointment and did not call to re-schedule. Eventually when they did show up the instruction that the technician was give wasn't to install a new service but repair the service. This clearly a really arrogant attitude from both Afrihost and Vumatel.
