Appalling service…no resolution for 1 week

Appalling. My line started going on and off on 16 February. I started logging calls on 17 February. Each time nobody refers to the previous call and wants you to restart, share a picture of the ONT box. My call was referred to Vumatel. They phoned me to advise a technician had been onsite. I checked my cameras and with the guard outside my house and nobody had been. I reopened the call on Thursday 22 February and was advised it would be resolved with 48 hours. I am now on the WhatsApp line with customer service and they are starting from scratch and troubleshooting. Seems like nothing was done for a further 48 hours. Avoid using Afrihost!
