Appalling service from Afrihost and SADV.

We have been waiting over 6 weeks for the connection and installation of fibre through Afrihost and SADV. Eventually after 5 weeks someone came and installed a box but never connected the broadband and so we still have no fibre. It’s laughable. We have sent COUNTLESS emails, Facebook messages, WhatsApp’s, phone calls (on hold for 40 minutes each time) and every time we get the same response. “We are sorry but there’s no feedback yet”. Afrihost doesn’t even respond to mails to cancel the service we never received. If I had known the service was this shocking I would have gone with someone cheaper from the start - at least I would have had fibre for 6 weeks already.
