Appalling service from Afrihost

Afrihost is probably the worst ISP in the country. The Internet has been off since Sunday 18th September and I’ve been calling and logging calls with no resolution. All they say is on our end everything looks fine. The agents have no semblance of technical expertise at all. They keep giving you the same steps and I keep telling them I’ve tried this countless times. Even trying to escalate to the call centre manager didn’t work, he or she wasn’t at work at 8;09. Shocking
