Appalling service from Afrihost

Some of my incoming emails have been coming in blank. No content reflected, no indication of who the emails originate from etc. I called Afrihost on Friday and complained. This company with poor customer service responded by saying I should call mimecast. They indicated that some of my clients use mimecast and that is the problem. They said they had received multiple such complaints. I am in customer service myself. A company that seeks to give outstanding or even decent customer service would intervene. They would have instead gathered all their clients complaints and engaged, advising that their clients were being inconvenienced by this. For them, my webhosting company to suggest, not that I call my clients IT (that itself a tall order), but that I call mimecast appalled me to no end.
