Appalling service
No intenet for 11 days, everytime I call a representative promises to call me back and so far nothing. promised to call me today and nothing. <br> <br> To top this fiasco off the full amount of my monthly account was deducted twice this month and not yet paid back, it has been more than 24h.

Our Team is working with Telkom to resolve your ADSL line issue as rapidly as possible. As of this morning, Telkom has assigned your line fault to a specific Technician, but cannot provide us with an ETA for the technician. This is primarily due to the high workload and faults in your surrounding area at the moment. From our side, we will continue to escalate this issue until the fault is fully resolved.
The Accounts Team has already processed a full refund for the additional charge that went off, the refund can take up to 10 working days before the reversal is completed and the funds are back in your account.
