Appalling Service

My company corporate card was unduly debited and when I received my statement and realised what had happened I contacted Afrihost to help me understand the charges, they were blatant that they could not help without a proper reference to which I explained I didn’t not have one since I did not authorise or make use of any of their services. To date no help whatsoever. I need these charges reversed
