Appalling Service

After a catalog of events, which has taken almost 2 weeks, I still do not have a working router! All I have had is incorrect information, buck passing and lack of interest in my problem. I have been an Afrihost customer for many years and have many products with them. Will be moving everything to another provider today! Would like to know why Sheldon a manager at Afrihost with a very unsympathetic attitude never called me back as promised. Would like to know where the superior service that once was has gone.
