Appalling service

My mobile data was no longer connecting, an issue Afrihost did not fix after many calls. Eventually they stopped charging me instead of fixing the issue with no communication at all. My complains were ignored for months until eventually they came back with proof that they had responded when infact they had forwarded me communication to another customer with the same initials which is now also a POPi risk. After I highlighted this there has still been no response. The management team show the same disregard and they have indeed become ******* like MTN.
