Appalling customer service. I do not recommend their mobile plans.

Appalling customer service with their Mobile plans. My family has been with Afrihost for nearly 6 years and never have I experienced such shocking customer support like I am getting now. I have lost R160 of my airtime and all I got back was one useless reply. I followed up to that reply expecting to be better helped. No reply. I opened my support ticket nearly two weeks ago. I tried going to MTN directly, but they can't help me as I don't show up on their system. All I want to know is where has my money gone?! And if it was wrongfully taken away, then I want to be re-imbursed. I do not recommend using Afrihost's mobile service at all due to their absolutely useless customer service. Afrihost support actually used to be good. Gone down the drain.
