Appalling customer service from Afrihost

I have been without internet service at my home since 14 March 2024. After 4 chats on the WhatsApp Support Group, 3 tickets logged on the Client Zone and 2 lengthy calls to the Tollfree Support number I still have no feedback on what exactly the problem is and when my service will be restored. I find it shocking that an Internet Service Provider as big as Afrihost does not care about their customers and do not live up to their slogan "Welcome to the Home of Pure Internet Joy"!
